Particular attention is paid to the best functioning of the infrastructure of complex – the common and green areas, swimming pools, and sports infrastructure.

Our company carries out the year-round maintenance of the facilities, infrastructure and green areas in the common territory of Victoria Residences complexes. This includes:

  • Facility management of 5 residential complexes with over 100 houses
  • Maintenance of Infrastructure & common areas on over 60,000 square meters of plots, including roads, sewerage, electrical works, plumbing, swimming pools, playgrounds and green territories.

All owners are required to pay a service and maintenance fee according to the size of the property. The agreement specifies the exact amount of the fee and gives a description of the maintenance services, and the essential rules to be followed.

Part of the function of this agreement is also to preserve the comfort and the current aesthetic condition of the complex.

Victoria Residence provides the following services:

  • Maintenance of green areas;
  • Cleaning of communal areas;
  • Technical maintenance of the communal facilities in the complex;
  • Maintenance of swimming pools;
  • Management of the complex;
  • Services provided by the manager who is in charge of customer relations;

The maintenance of the complex does not include personal property repairs, replacement of installations in the villas, taxes, or other expenses arising out of the ownership of the property.

According to the Bulgarian legislation, these expenses are payable by the owners of the real property. Victoria Residence can only make this payment on your behalf, if so requested.
